code of conduct

Anti Social Camp is committed to fostering fairness, diversity and sustainability across the music industry. By championing inclusive practices and fair compensation, we empower artists and industry professionals to shape a more equitable landscape. It ensures that diverse voices are not only heard but celebrated.

  1. Respect for Diversity and Inclusion: Anti Social Camp is a safe space, and participants are expected to respect and embrace diversity, including differences in race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, and cultural backgrounds. Discrimination or harassment on these grounds will not be tolerated.

  2. Zero Tolerance for Aggression: Aggressive behavior will lead to immediate removal from the camp. This includes threats of or actual physical aggression, using racial, gender, or cultural slurs against another participant, and otherwise harassing other participants.

  3. Collaborative Integrity: Participants should put forward a good-faith effort to cooperate with collaborators, behaving in a way that would not impede a song’s release in accordance with industry standards.

  4. Fairness Through Agreement: Participants are encouraged to sign split sheets with their collaborators to ensure a fair distribution of intellectual property rights.

  5. Alcohol and Drug Policy: The consumption of alcohol and recreational drugs should be done responsibly and in compliance with the law. Excessive or disruptive use may result in removal from the camp.

  6. Environmental Responsibility: Participants should help maintain a clean and environmentally responsible camp environment by disposing of waste properly and conserving resources.
